Platform Agreement & Guidelines
Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 17, 2026. Please read this agreement carefully before utilizing our generative systems.
1. Account Subscriptions & Billing
- Plan Coverage: We offer Starter, Weekly, and Monthly packages. Payment tokens are securely managed via Stripe under standard recurring structures.
- Subscription Gates: Daily generative AI quotas, high-res SVG export capabilities, and private gallery features are restricted in accordance with your subscribed tier.
- Cancellations & Refunds: You may terminate monthly packages at any time directly through the Stripe Billing Portal. Refund requests are subject to review.
2. Design Intellectual Property & Licensing
- Editable Vectors: When creating custom layouts, you retain rights to download and utilize personal vectors. Weekly and Monthly tiers automatically receive Commercial Use Licenses for physical and virtual branding.
- AI Output Safety: Generative models are experimental. We do not guarantee patent or trademark exclusivity for layouts developed with neural prompt bridges.
- Hate Speech Prohibition: We absolutely prohibit designing, storing, or sharing symbols containing offensive, defamatory, or harmful themes. We reserve immediate deletion rights.
3. Digital File Delivery
- Export Formats: Designs can be exported as PNG, SVG, or PDF depending on your subscription tier.
- Download Access: Once generated, files are available for download immediately. You are responsible for safely storing downloaded designs.
- No Physical Goods: We currently do not offer any physical printing or shipping services. All deliverables are digital.
